1-on-1 POLICIES
Sessions will start promptly at the designated time. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Unruly or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from that session and loss of tuition.
In the event that a student is unable to attend a scheduled session, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the rate for that session. Each student is allowed one excused cancellation before the fee applies. You will be notified by email when this free cancellation has been executed.
COURSE POLICIES
Sessions will start promptly at the designated time. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Unruly or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from that session and loss of tuition.
Before enrolling, please check that the student will be able to attend all scheduled meetings. Refunds will not be given for any sessions missed once the course begins. Students will not be able to make-up any missed sessions. If class days/times no longer work, students may switch courses prior to the first session. Failing to transfer before the first session will result in forfeiture of tuition.
Upon enrollment, there is a $95 non-refundable fee that guarantees a spot. If a student is unable to attend the selected course, the student may transfer to another course that begins within 180 days if seats are available.
In the event that a current student is unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us so the instructor is not waiting for the student.
In the unlikely event of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled. BESTPREP is unable to guarantee that the rescheduled time will work for all students.
